The product didn't work, didn't fit smelled like chemicals and was very uncomfortable to try to fit it. I wish I could return it.

This is the only chin support I could find that wasn't neoprene. It is indeed " MORE COMFORTABLE: Ultra soft, stretchable fabric is comfortable against your skin. Fabric content: Lycra spandex and Polar fleece." I had dry mouth from sleeping on a wedge pillow for acid reflux. My hubby said I didn't snore, but clearly my mouth was open during sleep. The strap fixed the problem . Unfortunately, When I tried to re-order this item I was sent a neoprene version, which looks like the picture, but does not fit the description. I'm sending it back and hope a re-order will get me the right product.

Great product. Just wish I didn’t have to buy one every several months. They just wear out and material is like felt so it just falls apart. Also can’t wash it or it does so immediately. I keep buying it because it is cheap, feels good and does the job. I have bought several different designs and this one for me is the best for and design. Very soft and I guess if they used stronger material it would be harder and rough to the face and head? I don’t know. But like I said it does the job just hasn’t lasted as long as I would like. Oh the cost is minimal so I don’t mind paying for it again and again. Just re-order it using my Alexa and get it the next day! Thanks Amazon.com.

This runs really small. I don't have a very large head and the overlap loop was only about the last inch. Also, the position for the ears were very uncomfortable. Finally, under the chin they have a mesh panel, which I'm sure they thought would be helpful for breathability. It was scratchy and irritating. I don't recommend this product at all.

So, after the first night, here is my opinion. First, the strap is one size and it was really tight on me. The only adjustment is how much overlap there is in the velco portion. That said, I am an average size guy (5'10" - 186 lbs) and I wear a 7 3/8 - 7 1/2 fitted cap. I was only able to overlap the last inch or so of velcro and that was still pretty snug. I woke up twice during the night with a ache in my jaw and my ears were a bit sore so I eventually ended up taking the strap off. The ear holes are not as big as they appear. They are long, but pretty narrow and so they really push your ears forward, which makes turning your head to the side very uncomfortable.There are no instructions on proper placement or fit. The only instructions included are to wash and hang dry the piece before 1st use, which I did. I tried to find a website for La Ren for more instructions to make sure I had the strap placed correctly, but they do not seem to have a website. To far under the chin, and you feel like you're being choked. But wrap it up over the front of the chin some and seems to me that it is pulling your lower jaw back as well as closed, and wasn't the point to keep the lower jaw supported so that it did not relax back and close the airway.Having said all that, my wife said I did snore, but it was really light. I am going to try and use the strap for a week so see if things improve before I make my final judgement. I'll follow up here.

It did NOT stop my snoring. It was also very uncomfortable to wear. The ear holes are too small and kept digging into the skin behind my ears.

My husband can’t stand my snoring problem anymore, so I gave this product a try without much expectation. The product is exactly like what the description says and its quailty is outstanding. I can wear this through the night without affecting sleep and it worked suprisingly well! No more snoring! I guess keeping my mouth shut was the trick.
