It’s fine regarding taste. No aftertaste. Mix well and use clean water. I have well water and it’s the best. Having a small meal with this hydration is a plus and additional water is better. Take your vitamins or meds with is fine too. I would purchase again. Pricing is always a concern.

So far I've only tried the Passion Fruit, which was good and the Grape, which was VERY good. These are way better than the Liquid IV's. Not as cloyingly sweet and not chalky tasting. They dissolved quickly. I highly recommend trying these!

It taste amazing and I loved the flavor but it had no effect on me whatsoever and I was drinking it like a fish. My partner also tried it and nothing. If I get it again it would be for the flavor nothing else.
