A friend of mine recommended DIM from this company. I’m sure glad she did. I appreciate the purity of the ingredients, that it’s in a glass bottle and not plastic. Also that this is a small, female owned business.

I can buy these locally in Seattle, but now that they're on Amazon it's so much more convenient. I don't feel super different on these supplements, but my symptoms have improved, which is exactly what I wanted. I love this brand, they've always been great quality. Even the packaging is superb!

I don't think these helped me at all, the taste wasn't bad, and they weren't hard to swallow and the value for it was good, I just don't think that I saw any difference in taking them verses not taking them. If you think it would be worth it to try go for it, personally for me I didn't see a difference.

These didn't seem to make much of a difference.Now everyone is different, and what works for one may not work for another.In this case there was not any noticeable difference when taking these.There wasn't any negative effects noticed either so at least there is that.No harm no foul.

I unfortunately didn't notice a difference with my pcos while using this product. I was hopeful that I would see an improvement in symptoms but it didn't offer me any help and in fact I think I saw additional breakouts while using it. Everyone's pcos is different so I'm sure this works well for some but just not for me.

This is for sure the fanciest bottle and packaging. They're very serious about getting the product to the customer. At least, that's the impression it gave me.This is a frosted clear glass bottle. Very protective to the ingredients used.This is a 2 month supply.It says it was blended in the USA. And it's clean ingredients used. It's a superior DIM.
