Our two-year old Frenchie is a stuffed toy’s worst nightmare. She can destroy a new toy in no time. I swear she’s equal parts sweet pup, wild animal and part industrial shredder!After many dollars wasted on “tough” toys that lasted *maybe* a day or two, we finally found this chicken and after several months it has held up to the worst she can dish out—even the squeaker still works!So if you have a pooch that can rip apart a stuffed toy’s before it even leaves your hand, may I suggest you try this one next? It’s not too noisy—crackly and squeaky is the limit; the materials are somehow soft yet shockingly durable (how did they do that?); the fabric feels flimsy but it is strong a steel and not too thick.Seriously, it looks brand new and she’s had lots and lots of opportunities to wreck it but not left a single scratch.

Our 100 lb power chewer Staffy usually destroys anything soft within a day. This adorable duck is still COMPLETELY INTACT! (2 weeks is a RECORD!!) And it's not because he's ignoring it! He carries this thing around with him everywhere! He's SO OBVIOUSLY HAPPY it makes ME laugh! I don't know WHY he hasn't ruined it yet... maybe it's because it crinkles and there's no stuffing?! As long as he's having fun with his little "security stuffie" (he even sleeps with it) and it's non-toxic, the *why* doesn't really matter!

my girlfriend’s dog surgically removes every squeaky toy, the inside of the actual toy, the squeaky part . Like it’s nobody’s business I bought her a like canvas candy cane from TJ Maxx and it was gone in three minutes. .. so with this one I didn’t want to spend a lot of money because, I know she was gonna break it anyway .. but I saw great reviews so I went for it … let me tell you this thing has not broke yet. I don’t tug on it, but she bites it all day either. She’s being very gentle for some reason or this thing is a trooper. !! Update it lasted about 3 1/2 weeks but for the price it I can’t complain !

This is a great choice for my puppy!By puppy, I mean 5 month-old, 40lb to chewer! He has 5 of them and plays with all of them equally for whatever reason he seems to mostly be drawn to the yellow over the blue duck and will play with that for hours!As mentioned I have bought 5 so far and will probably buy more. He’s only destroyed one! They keep him so busy and happy, It is worth every penny to stock up!He chews on it, he brings it to me to play tug-of-war, he brings it to me to play fetch, it’s a perfect toy for my dog, who is a cattle dog & husky dog mix breed. Well made dog toy and extremely reasonably priced! I highly recommend it!

My 13 week old GSD loves this toy. The crinkle ears are like crack to him. He chews and tosses this thing around like crazy and it has held up so far. Any dog that likes to destroy stuffies will definitely destroy this quick, but it's great for dogs who aren't out to shred things!

It’s almost as long as she is! But what fun!It crackles easily, and is so very easy to grab and carry anywhere. Her 7.5 lb. tiny, white, oh-so-very-short-legged, diminutive, toy-sized Pekingese frame, head-held high, absolutely loves carrying or dragging it everywhere. A FAVORITE. It envelopes her face and ears with fun sounds, when playing with her, and makes a terrific, great, saucer-like flying toss. What FUN! Absolutely recommended…

I bought the large Mallard Duck (Brown) for my 8-week-old lab puppy. She loves the toy and will play fetch with it in the house all day long. It seems to be of pretty good quality and there has been no noticeable destruction after a few days with a teething pup (I can't say the same about her other toys). The only disappointing aspect is that the squeaker seems to be bad already after only a couple of days of use. My dog can't even get her mouth around that part to squeak it, so it's only seen very minimal use of me squeaking it with my hand. It's a bummer as the squeaker really grabs her attention to the toy.
