Very convenient
Well built, well-made well-designed I’ve use this a few times since receiving it not long ago and performs beautifully

Works when it feels like it - which isn’t often
This is truly a terrible product. It will work maybe one times out of 3 with my 2020 iPhone SE. I usually have to unplug the AC adapter and plug it back in to get it to work at all. Even then, it tends to start charging then stop - then start - then stop, etc. It really is infuriating. Do yourself a favor, do NOT buy this product!

If you want this to be your new permanent charger, I would suggest just going to the Apple Store and buying it from there. It works perfectly fine. There was no issues with shipping and packaging was fine. The issue is the quality of the charger, yes it works, yes it’s convenient but it’s SUPER SLOW charging. I had my phone on this charger for 2 hrs from dead, yet it was only at 44%. This is a good charger to offer friends and guests when they’re in your home

Don’t work
Got my first package in and the box had nothing in it. Messaged to have a new one sent. Got it in and it never worked. Charged me twice bc I didn’t return the first package when there was nothing to return. And they make it hard to contact someone to explain.
