This is a great product, wish I knew of it sooner. I cycle this with L-theanine and passionflower for the mood boosting, calming effect. Helps with managing stress. Toss in some caffeine and you’re good to go. On my fourth bottle, this stuff works. Plus the brand ain’t so bad either.

Not sure if I notice a difference or not but my doctor heard of it and said it was good. My issue is I take so many other herbal supplements and for many years and am very happy with them. I need more time with this to see a difference. I’ll have to grab another bottle and see what happens. I do know that I have several other supplements from this company and they put out quality ingredients across the board. I have been using this company for many years and have been very happy with them. These herbs do not have an odor and are very easy to swallow.

Zembrin is touted for a lot of mood stabilizing benefits, but after taking the product for a month, I haven't noticed much. It's subtle and inconsistent at best.

Hopefully the giant pharmaceutical industry doesn't find out about this stuff and try to shut it down. Flexible with day-to-day results and no heavy side effects.

I would love to hire whoever is doing the PR for sceletium tortuosum/kanna because they’re doing a fantastic job of writing great fiction. From numerous articles I’ve read, this herb promises to launch you onto a journey so joyfully intense it might well be criminalized as soon as legislators catch on. Crucially, most of those articles are based on slim research.I started with 50mg and felt absolutely nothing. I upped it to 100mg, then finally 150mg and felt a slight effect. I did not go any highly because this is already much more than the recommended dosage and the effects of long term use are unknown. Here are some of the claims made for kanna and my experience:1. Increased energy - At 150mg, a slight boost, a little less than a cup of coffee. It lasted about an hour.2. Enhanced mood - Very slight, again similar to a cup of coffee. This lasted about 45 minutes.3. Focus - No noticeable effect4. Better sleep - No effect at all5. Increased feelings of sociability and community - You’ve got to be jokingFinally, one article I read about kanna claimed that using it in the bedroom is like “sex in HD” (whatever that means). That sure sounds nifty, however I’m sorry to report no enhanced experience. Kanna also caused no detrimental impact on performance, so I guess that’s something.All in all, kanna didn’t do much for me. At least I didn’t have any side effects or withdrawal symptoms once I stopped. I’ll just stick with coffee from now on.

It’s expensive, but I noticed a difference when using this product.
