When I first started taking probiotic pills, I noticed some subtle changes in my digestive system. For the first few days to a week, I experienced a bit more gas and mild bloating than usual. I started these probiotics about a month ago. The label says 2 capsules after a meal once or twice a day. Since I had been on antibiotics. recently, I started with twice a day. No problems at all. And I was feeling better. But what I hadn’t expected was that they helped me quickly take off the last couple pounds I wanted to lose. Don’t get me wrong. They are not magic. I was eating low carb and healthy too. Also, the day I decided to scarf down a whole cauliflower pizza, I was quickly reminded that there is a limit to what a probiotic could do. And the weight could easily come back. But just a couple days eating healthy again, and those pigging out pounds were back off. And I was feeling better again.

This will be my first review ever on Amazon. Nothing usually works for me so I dont usually give reviews. However I must say that I made my second purchase last week because these actually do work. My gut is basically damaged and I have been using this to help rebuild it. They make my gassiness go away… My stomach doesn’t really grumble anymore either… I only took like 1 per day which isnt enough. I am gonna up the dosage and see if anything else changes.I love this product tho…

Been using these for a couple of months now and I have no complaints. I don't see any noticeable results, obviously, but I'm not having any negative or adverse effects, so I assume they are working fine. The price and description was right for me, I ordered 2 bottles and would repurchase again.

The product works perfectly as far as probiotics go. However, the smell and taste weird. Mostly they smell musty....like an old basement. YUK! I got the veggie capsules this time, I usually bit the caplets and the caplets have no strange odor or taste. Other than that, they work great!

For the price, it's bargain.

I’ve always had problems with probiotics, but these are wonderful. Your stomach don’t hurt just straight up wonderful I take them every day with my medicine and help you go to the bathroom.. the taste of them is not that good. You can easily swallow them if you can swallow pills size is a little large..

Women’s probiotic I was out of my normal brand and decided to try this brand . Seems to work well I would buy again , good ingredients for the stomach issues I deal with daily
