Title: Perfect for Recovery & Pelvic Floor Workouts!
This small yoga ball has been a fantastic addition to my recovery and fitness routine. It’s perfect for pelvic floor exercises and also really helpful for gentle shoulder movements during post-surgery rehab. The ball is durable, holds air well, and was super easy to inflate. It’s a great size — compact but effective — and works well for a variety of low-impact exercises. Highly recommend for both physical therapy and core training!

Prenatal and postnatal necessity!
The ball just arrived and I already feel a better connection to my deep core muscles after one use. I place the ball between my knees, squeeze, and do bear planks, side planks, hip bridges, and breathing exercises. I'm on my fourth pregnancy and I don't know why I haven't purchased an exercise ball sooner! I know it's going to help mitigate diastasis recti allowing for a quicker recovery.

It has it's drawbacks but should work for what I need.
This ball is smaller than what I used at Physical Therapy but should work fine. It comes with a warning about interaction with painted surfaces and has quite an odor when first opening. It is very awkward to blow up without losing most of the air. After looking up this issue, I found out a partially filled ball is probably the best for the therapy I am doing. I think it will work out fine but the odor and the interaction with painted surfaces may last a while.

Nice quality
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is cute! It's a soft ball with a nice grippy texture so you don't slip away from it while working out. I didn't fill it all the way for pilates, and so far it's been great! Easy to fill and use.

Very handy to have
This small ball can work many areas and pressure points. The amount of air can have a different effect as the the volume changes

Deflates too quickly
Gave it a three because it deflates a little too easily.
