For me, this product was effective for regulating my bowels and allowed me to add fiber to my diet without the ordeal of drinking sawdust dissolved in water. They have a strong cinnamon taste that is not unpleasant to me so it makes it easy for me to eat them and get the extra fiber I need. The package directs that 1-3 servings (pack of 2 cookies) may be eaten per day to improve regularity, but one pack is usually sufficient for me. I would caution first time users going slow and only eating a single package for a few days as these are really effective for me. Depending on your system, 2-3 packs could soften your stool too much. To clarify any packaging questions, there are 2 cookies per pack (which is one serving), there are 12 packs per box, and there are 6 boxes per shipment for a total of 72 servings of cookies in this shipment. This could last anywhere 24-72 days depending on how many packs you eat per day. Assuming you eat 1 pack/day. your cost will be $.079 per day. If you need this dietary supplement and don't like the alternative, the cost may be worth it for you, I know it sure is for me.

I didn't want to add powder to my OJ in the am or take many capsules a day, so I tired these. They taste quite good (!) and work. They're pricey, but I will continue to use them
