I liked that the suitcase set had the manufacturer box inside of a larger box. This allowed for a little damage on the outer box, leaving the contents unscathed. The bags were nestled with protective wrap and padding between layers. The little silicone gel packs were included which helps prevent moisture causing mildew. I always make sure to have them before storing my luggage. The luggage is not expensive but appears well made and worth the money spent. Especially since the entire set, including the extra soft line bags, cost less than a single bag from a well-known luggage maker. I have used that single piece to travel internationally for several years. I am hoping this hardline set lasts as long.The telescopic handles do feel secure enough to run when necessary on the shorter setting. The taller setting does have some flex so cannot speak to running without first testing. The wheels did roll smoothly in the garage and didn’t have issues when empty changing surface types from concrete to carpet or tile. As with many hard luggage do not expect expansion. This set does have flex in the outer shell so that will help prevent the cracks of some of the extremely hard sided luggage out there in this price point.The zipper does have the stitching hidden by a pliable plastic material. The zipper does move well and has good fitting, smooth teeth. The TSA lock will, if nothing else, help prevent your zipper pulls from breaking off. As this happens when being thrown around by baggage handlers.There are “legs” on the back side so laying down to access the side grab handle has a little protection there. I will see how the wheels handle being thrown around after a few trips. I’m very optimistic based on my own little QA upon arrival!

I really like the look and quality and they held up great on an international trip.

Poor quality. Bought in November for our trip this week. Zipper broke while away. Had to go to Walmart and purchase another suitcase to get home.

This is a great suitcase set on a budget. We used it for a honeymoon in Italy and it has safely made it through cobblestone roads with relative ease, only a few scratches on the outside from the airport process. The cream color was as expected and the locks are also TSA approved which was wonderful. I took off a star because it’s clearly a cheaper build quality and it doesn’t have ability to expand, but it’s nothing packing cubes can’t fix!

Sturdy and super light in weight. The size of the items are perfect. And rollability works great.

Nice luggage and the rollers run smooth. I wish they were expandable (my mistake bc I should've noticed that before I purchased them) I also wish the carry-on was a little bigger, but overall they're nice, and durable.

I get so many compliments on this luggage! It looks so bougie and it’s very durable! I’ve traveled a lot and I’ve gone through some luggage! This one passes the test! You won’t regret it! I got this on a Black Friday special too! So it was a real win for me!
