I can't say enough good things about this oil. There are multiple varieties of it on the market right now, in different color capsules, and I have tried several. Honestly can't tell the difference between them - it's a great oil.I can never figure out how to twist off the capsule opening, so just cut off the little tip with scissors. I have shoulder-length hair, and one capsule is just about enough; I suspect for people with longer hair you might need to use two. A good indication of whether you've had "enough" is whether any oil is left on your hands: if they feel clean, you've used up all the oil, and you need more. If hands are a bit oily, you've had enough as hair can only absorb so much oil at one time. If some is left over, you've head enough.I love the way hair feels after this oil. It's very soft and silky to the touch, but also very shiny. Having said that, it's not oily and does not require more frequent shampooing. It calms frizzy hair and provides more definition to the curls (that's my hair). My husband's hair is straight, so it's just soft and shiny.It seems a bit pricey, but think about how much you get. In a salon, you'd pay much more for this oil, and it won't be the same quality ingredients. So well worth the price. Overall, great product; highly recommend!

This is my second time buying hair oil capsules from Amazon. I went with this brand this time as it was such a great price and had 5 star reviews. Do not buy this product. The capsules are tiny, and when I opened one to use, it poured out like water. The brand I used first was an oil and poured like an oil. This product is cheap for a reason. It also had a foul smell, did not smell good at all. I did not put in on my hair and neither should you. Who knows what they put in it!

I really love how convenient these capsules are. At first I thought I was supposed to eat them, but then I realized they would be rather large to choke down. Fortunately you can reap the benefits of this product by twisting off the tip and squeezing the oil into your hands and smoothing over/through your hair for immediate improvements in appearance. I'm not really sure if they are making a long-lasting difference in the actual health of my hair, but the hair definitely looks more attractive because the flyaway and dry tips are tamed by the oil. Overall, I'm pleased with the oil and and will continue to use them.
