I’m here to report back after having used this product for a little over one month straight. My issue started out over a month ago with a couple of pimples around my chin and lip area at which point the affected area started getting bigger after applying a pimple patch. The patch actually made the pimple worst and affected the surrounding area. I’m prone to hyperpigmentation which made me freak out as the area is very very prominent and noticeable. I did some internet digging until I found this gem of a product. I should also mention that I had already been using Dr.Idriss Major Fade system (she’s a big derm in the YouTube world). The cream in itself is very light, but unless you really work it into the skin - it can leave behind white flakey residue. And here lies in the solution: if I’m not going anywhere during the day or even sleeping at night, I leave a nice dollop of the cream without rubbing it into the skin at all and it seemed to have worked. The whole point is to prevent tyrosine from being activated to melanin which is what cause the hyperpigmentation to begin with. The more the better I suppose 🤔. I also used this in conjunction with a form of lactic acid for exfoliations to remove the dead skin cells about 3x weekly, niacinamide face wash daily, this cream and layered it with moisturizers which include vitamin c in it. It took about a month to completely disappear one of the scars on my chin but still working on the naso-labial area scar. It takes patience, persistency and developing a nightly and morning routine to keep using the product. Very happy with the product.

I have these stubborn scars on my cheek from a bad hormonal acne breakout 3 years ago when I was 25. It was due to my birth control that I had at the time that messed with my hormone levels. I changed to another one and it fixed with the breakouts.Since then, most of the scarring and the boxcar scarring went away. What remains are the stubborn ones and hyperpigmentation. Mind you, what remains are on my cheeks.I did research and I discovered I have PIE (Post-Inflammatory Erythema). I've been using this product for 3 days now and I noticed a slight difference. Even though it is still a small change, it improving that much in 3 days is still great! I can't imagine what using this will be like in 3 months or until I use up the whole thing!I use it once a day and at night only.I don't wash my face in the morning bc I find that it works best for me (unless I go to the gym then I use a gentle cleanser) and it doesn't strip away my skin barrier.I'd recommend this to help with stubborn hyperpigmentation, and PIE scars. Trust me, I've tried for 3 years to find a solution. I tried those chemical peel wipes from Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta peels. Which, helped a bit but I didn't even notice a big difference and those aren't cheap. This is affordable, and amazing !

This came up on a product recommendation page. I'm always looking for good skin care so I gave it a shot.The tube is a lot smaller than I was expecting for the price. The cream is very light weight, almost thin, but leaves my sensitive, normal to dry skin dewy and feeling plump. I don't use it every day because of the price. I switch between this and Vanicream face moisturizer. I would describe this cream as a bit of an elevated Vanicream: similar texture but this gives a little more pumping and just a little extra glowy oomph to my morning routine. A little on the pricey side if you're looking for a drugstore sort of product but if you don't mind the price tag, it's a really beautiful moisturizer!

Am not sure yet how effective it will be but the consistency is lovely and it sinks in to the skin while not drying it out. Am hoping it keeps any pigment at bay.

I highly recommend this product because it worked great and it worked fast! I bought this after a bad experience with an underarm waxing that irritated my skin. That irritation led to hyperpigmentation and my underarms were dark and I hated how they looked! I bought this cream and started using it twice daily. Morning and evening. Didn’t seem to interfere with my deodorant either. I noticed a difference within days and now I’m about 6 weeks out from that bad wax job and my underarms look back to normal. I wish I had taken before and after pics but I rarely leave product reviews so didn’t think I’d be coming back to leave one but that’s how well this cream worked for me!

Over night I saw results- but I made a mistake 😢 I put it all over my face instead of just on my melasma portions. So I woke up with a very noticeably lighter complexion accept that the non melasma places were significantly lighter than the melasma spots, so it made my melasma more noticeable. I will from here on out be very diligent with putting this only on the melasma.

Just bought so it is too early to see results. Like the fact it comes in a metal puncture tip tube. Really hoping this will clear my dark spots & blemishes. A nice medium weight cream that moisturizes & absorbs well when rubbed into the skin. I will use this tube & come back with an update. Time will tell if it's use is beneficial for me.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have been loving this product for hyperpigmentation and have been waiting to see more results . So far it has only been a few weeks and my dark spots are fading and face looks brighter .
