As far as service and promptness in delivery is concerned I grant 5 no less. Indian Postal Service is proving more efficient than the top courier services. As for the product, I chose this one because of the faith in the company. It is said, it takes about 3 months of regular intake of Brahmi before its effect start showing. I would say, within 3-4 days of starting the dose of 2 tabs (1 in the morning after breakfast and 1 before bed at night) I feel increased concentration and improvement in memory. I am still minutely observing the effects of Himalaya’s Bacopa while putting rest to other variables like Yoga, Ginseng or Ginko Biloba or not starting any of them at all.My advice to those who want to increase concentration, memory and improve other cognitive faculties, start or continue with taking ample amount of healthy saturated fats while avoiding sugar and refined oils.UPDATE ON HIMALAYA HERBAL BRAHMI27-05-2017- After 2 months of taking Himalaya Brahmi, there seems to be no remarkable difference. However, experienced some sleep issues so stopped taking for a few days before starting with a reduced dosage of 1 tab a day. A search on the internet found Himalaya has a similar product being sold abroad. The overseas brand (Also on Amazon India now) seems much better in quality and standard. It is an overseas brand of Himalayan Bacopa that clearly depicts many certificates of purity and authenticity. The label on the overseas brand depicts a detailed description of the ingredients besides the directions on intake as, 1 caplet/day before food. Himalaya despite being an Indian company has not cared to follow any such standard with its domestic brand for Indian customers. The label casually reads-EXTRACT Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) Wh.PL 250 mg (there is enough space on the label so wh.pl could be described as whole plant, but it is inexplicable why Himalaya has intended the label to be so obscure). There is nothing clear about the dosage as well. Again, a standard dose advised everywhere is 300 mg/day. This makes 1 tab of 250 mg inadequate whereas 2 tab of 250 mg more than the recommended dosage for brahmi. Users are advised to verify if the 'Good' effects they happen to experience is not some placebo effect.
