So helpful to cure my cough and flu
When nothing was helping (dayquil niquil vicks drops etc) this almost cured my cough in 3-4 days.

Put in tea, rest, knocks a cold out.
I like the flavor. It really knocks a cold out, if you rest too.

As expected.
Had to get used to the slight difference in taste and smell for me, but my children seemed to be fine with it as they are with other honey. Bought this because I heard it was especially good for colds and has discovered they contain peroxide naturally, a disinfectant, perhaps the reason for its effect and it difference in smell/taste. Seems to work, though, as my children got over their colds much more quickly. (Not meant to be medical advice: this is purely my own observational experience.)

Dislike the smell. I like the fact the name was Manuka honey. My use was for gut health.

It was not from Trader Joe's Manuka Honey..
I have had cellulitis several times. I have used trader Joes Manuka Honey and trusted it only one time it did not take care of it. That what I thought I was Ording, but it was and another brand and one of them was starting to be turning to sugar.

Tastes good. I eat it on a empty stomach to help my throat and digestive system which seems to help me.Or you can just use it on pretty much any fruits to make it better.

This Honey is pretty good!!, But honestly it's best to just go to your local Trader joes & buy it there for $12.99 a jar.
