Literally life changing (ok that’s a little exaggerated, but seriously amazing). I am a sucker for anything Instagram or Facebook tries to sell me (man, their algorithms are spot on!). I saw this on Insta and was dealing with a particularly bad spell of pinched nerves in my neck and tight muscles in my shoulders and back. I have terrible posture so it’s nothing I’m not used to - and I decided to buy these on one of my late night, can’t sleep implulse buys at 2am... they came super quick which i was desperate for to try to relieve my back pain ASAP. I think the first time I tried it, my back cracked in a million places and I just let the weight of my body align itself on the largest wheel. Also feels SO good to stretch my lower back.I notice that My back feels tight if I don’t use this for a few days so I’m starting to try to make this an everyday practice to keep everything aligned and stretched out to compensate for my terrible ‘screen posture’ at home and at work. You will not regret this purchase - a small investment in your health!

Just wanted to drop a line and say how great the yoga wheels are. I bought them because my husband has to get decompression every month at the chiropractor's office and I thought this might help him at home. We had tried an inverted table, but that did very little. I'm happy to say that he says this thing makes his back feel better immediately and he was able to skip his last decompression. He even takes it with us when we're going for a drive for longer than 45 minutes (his limit for car rides) and he says it relieves the pain immediately after use. Thanks so much!

This is a fun and well made product. I am absolutely AMAZED and OBSESSED with the yoga wheels. I have had back pain for a long time and they have been a total game changer & a life saver!! I use it about twice a day now. Once in the morning to loosen me up and kinda get my day started. Then again after work to relax and release all my built up stress and tension. My back hasn't felt this good in a long time. Plus they come in cute colors (I got the grey & turquoise one)!

My physical therapist recomended these. You want to be gentle with how you use them, especially at first, but they are sinply the best tool I have found to stretch my back. I get gentle but good cracks. There are tutorials on youtube and other websites. But do not push yourself with these exercises.You can also use the smallest one as a roller for your legs. It’s not as firm as my PVC pipe because of the padding but the grip of the rubber comes in handy.

Just received my Cyan set in the mail. Shipping was the fastest I have ever had with amazon. Wheels are in great condition and there was no off-gassing from the foam or plastic. I am so happy I ordered the set as it will take me some time to build up my strength to do a bend over the largest wheel. With major spinal issues, I have tried many different balls and foam rollers to help me stretch and crack my back. The first time my back cracked between my fusion site and felt amazing! I haven't been able to move that area for years!! Very happy with my purchase and excited to work on the stretches more over the coming months.I went to the website to download the Yoga Wheel Guide but ran into some issues. Sent an email to customer service on UpCircleSeven's website and got a reply within an HOUR!!! This is so atypical and absolutely wonderful! Very pleased with the customer service and prompt reply. Justin (customer service agent) was polite and quickly sent the wheel guide to me.The wheels feel sturdy and clearly well thought out design. The curved sides make it easy and comfortable to hand onto. No slipping at all and the foam was not too thick or too thin. Plus the color is beautiful and looks nice just sitting on a bookshelf for storage.

Bought this product to help with thoracic spine mobility. In 2006 I injured myself lifting a 300 lbs patient. With the help of a chiropractor and yoga I was able to keep the injury in check until last year when my chiropractor retired. After trying a few different chiropractors, my newest one had me try a wheel he had at the office because he told me I had lost mobility in my thoracic spine. This was an aha moment for me because a physician I work with had commented about me slouching and my husband was always telling me to stand up straight. I decided to buy my own and went with UpcircleSeven because of the 3 sizes and the fact that the wheel does not have the spine indent. When I first tried the large wheel I could tell immediately that I had work to do. My lower t-spine had this profound deep stiffness. I use the large wheel for a gentle back bend and as I move SLOWLY along the wheel I do large arm circle which loosen up areas on my shoulder blades. I'm using the small wheel for more targeted t-spine stretches. It is making a difference because for the first time in a very long time I had a very noticeable release from the base of my right skull to my lower shoulder blade. Although it was not permanent, it shows I'm on the right track. I do my exercises twice a day. I would recommend this product to anyone who is committed to regaining their health and is not looking for a pill to bandaid an underlying problem.

These things are awesome, I was originally looking to get the chirp wheels but I saw a fair number of negative reviews concerning delivery and customer service. These ones are just as good in my opinion and have really helped my sore back from sitting at a desk. My whole family loves using them!
