Highly recommend, noticed changes immediately. This is my third bottle. On the plus side it does not have to be refrigerated. Have tried countless probiotics with absolutely no changes. After learning about soil-based probiotics, I decided to try this brand because of the positive reviews. Will make this a staple in my wellness routine. Just have to budget for it, but we get what we pay for. The quality and effects are there.

This supplement works well and is gentle. After going through two other supplements of this type from this site I find this to really works well on digestive issues and does not cause me any problems. This item is more expensive than most but is high quality and still not as expensive as some sold in stores. Highly recommended.

I’ve used different brands in the past and this one just feels different. I don’t feel as bloated unless I eat bad of course. Also helps keep you regular

I have used probiotics off and on for years for general health and because gut health seems to be all over the place these days. However I only recently put some time into research and this product has impressed with its research backing, multiple strains of bacteria, prebiotic support, unique formula . I have learned w/trial and error that there are cheaper products out there that claim the same but natural is best and its tough finding products that don't include tons of fillers and that are "paleo" ,ingredients that exist in nature and what ancestors were able to digest . I was prepared to take the whole bottle over weeks before I wrote a review but I felt positive effects within 3 days including improved skin glow, regularity, energy, reduced bloat look and feel . I am also looking for long term benefits to improve my borderline high Bad cholesterol levels, keep those super frustrating female infections at bay and am confident this product will be my keeper!!

I do not have a food sensitivity to this new product (like the one I had from the previous product). I've been taking it now for about a year, and It definitely helps my gut health; the pro- and pre-biotic ingredients listed on the label show promise.

I bought these probiotics many months ago and did not take them. Fast forward to this winter season and everybody’s getting sick so I figured I should start taking some probiotics and I remembered that I had these. I started taking them and that was that. About a week later I noticed that I wasn’t craving sugar anymore which is very strange for me. I have a big sweet tooth. I tried to figure out how that could be happening and I remember that I started taking these probiotics for a week before I noticed this. There is nothing else that I have changed. Another thing that I just recently noticed after taking them for about two weeks, and this is going to sound strange because I’ve never heard of this- I usually only wear deodorant when needed since I work from home and not usually around people. I have not worn deodorant all week and even with working out I am not producing my usual body order from my armpits. I mean very very low scent that I don’t need to wear any deodorant. Again there is nothing else that I have changed orher than starting these probiotics. I did not start with one every other day as recommended. I started with one a day at my first meal. I could never be without these again because they are obviously doing something and I have never noticed this with any other probiotic I’ve taken. Highly highly recommended. And no I was not given any special discounts or anything. This is my honest review.
