Unlike some reviewers who mention clumping issues, I’ve found that mixing it with other powders prevents this entirely. It blends easily with my matcha powder for lattes or coffee beans before grinding, adding a smooth texture without altering the flavor.I also use it for cooking, beyond beverages. When making air-fried potatoes, I mix them with a neutral oil like avocado oil, then toss them with acacia fiber instead of flour or cornstarch. The result is a crispy texture with extra fiber snuck in.I also appreciate that it’s organic and available on Subscribe & Save, making it easy to keep on hand. It’s flavorless, odorless, and incredibly versatile. As a fiber supplement, it works well without going into too much detail!

I used Heather’s tummy fiber for years, but was unable to get it recently. This is very comparable. I haven’t noticed any issues. It mixes very well with alcohol, so I mix it with my nightly brandy, before adding the mixer. It dissolves well in any liquid if you add it slowly while stirring.

This is as good as the Heather’s Tummy Fiber that I’ve used for years. Ordered cause the other was delayed by a week and this was available immediately. Dissolves perfectly, no taste. Thanks for coming to the rescue!

Really helpful in colitis and IBS situations! It mixes well in room temperature water. I haven't tried it in anything hot. It does NOT change the flavor or consistency of the water. Mine has not been clumpy either.

I've tried a few fiber options and decided to give this one a go based on reviews. The one fiber I've been trying to use tastes like dirt and does not blend nicely in any kind of smoothie. This fiber clumps and does not dissolve in cold or hot beverages which is a bummer.
