I was too scared to take any tablets when i knew the bottle wasn’t secure, so i completed a little form on amazon hoping to at least get a refund. To my surprise, I got sent a new bottle free of charge! It came in the next morning, which was honestly such a relief since i filled out the form late in the day. The actual tablets worked like a charm for me. Even though I didn’t start taking them after day 2 of my cold, i found that when i started taking them my symptoms became much lighter, and my cold disappeared completely in two days. Come to think of it, I usually get a coldsore when I catch a cold in winter, yet since taking these I have not had a cold sore at all. This must be evidence that it helps the immune system ? I am on my second cold this month and have been taking recommend dose but they don't appear to have any effect on me. I was really hoping they would help as work with vulnerable people and some of them can become very upset at the sight of a face mask so I am often coughed and sneezed on and catch their colds.
