This is delicious and high quality. It adds a depth of flavor to my ginger snap cookies. I get so many compliments on my cookies and it’s because of the quality of ingredients. If I’m going to spend the time making cookies, I want to make them as delicious as possible and this product really helps.

Before I share my story, here's your info on Wholesome's Non GMO Blackstrap Molasses.Some reviews mention, you can get another brand cheaper in the store.That's true but it's not organic, or Non GMO & it's a smaller bottle.You can go to the store website right now & look it up. I did.I only consume sugar based products that are Non GMO so Wholesome was my only option.If you've never had this, you're thinking it's molasses.Sweet like honey, right? Nope.It's unfiltered and tastes like prune juice.If you do it straight, chase with oj.Kills taste & Vit C helps Iron absorption. Win. Win.However, if you want it for supplement purposes, mix with choc shake & gives a mocha flavor.Not mocha like your fave coffee spot but with cold water or milk, it's not bad.I use 'Purely Inspired" Chocolate.As Iron & Veggies is my focus, it's the only one that is Non GMO & gives actual Iron mg.All other labels give your Iron DRV but, not actual mg so, you don't really know how much your getting, especially if your anemic.After a week of taking a liquid Iron supplement, which did help my anemia,Oh Boy! did I get a Jump from Wholesome's Blackstrap Molasses.Seriously, best I've felt in months.Now, the cautionary tale about really paying attention to you.I have recently been diagnosed as anemic.Not a little, like add some iron to your diet and you'll be fine.Anemic like, light headed, want to pass out head spins,, muscle cramps & narcolepsy.In case you didn't know, bc I didn't, it's when oxygen leaves your blood,ergo the above feeling of your body being slowly suffocated.I have no one to blame but myself.I put work & others before my basic need to make time for myself,for something as a simple as downing a shake to survive.I've never been a daytime eater & drink so much water, rarely have an appetite.You must eat.Something plant based. Three times a day.Or you will feel like garbage & require months of a compromised quality of life.Quality of life isn't just words.It's things like being able to drive yourself. Walk more than 5 minutes. I ordered blackstrap molasses. It arrived leaking and with the seal broken. I decided to consume the molasses anyways. The molasses was very runny. My family consumes a lot of blackstrap molasses, so we know the difference. I would proceed with caution when buying this product from a third party!!

Just found out that it has a P65 warning because of what occurs in the high heat process. I've been using for years and have not found any repercussions because the same things of this Acrylamide is in lots of other produces like even Fry Fries and bread from heating. It just may be another ploy of keeping you from using it for its high iron, potassium, magnesium counts. Best electrolyte product I know to use to elevate muscles cramps from low electrolytes.

This tastes delicious! I purchased the Wholesomes Sweetners Organic Molasses to mix with baking soda in an 8 oz. glass of water. It has really helped bring up my Alkaline and combat the acidic stomach/gut that I was suffering from . I put 1 teaspoon of Molasses in my cup of water and then 2 teaspoons of baking soda and stir up the mixture. You need both to get your PH to the normal level if you have GERD, acid reflux, leaky gut... intestinal problems.... A highly acidic body cannot fight off viruses and Parasites. I drink a cup each day and it mixes up perfectly & tastes delicious. This bottle is plastic ... I was so happy when it arrived and it was not broken. The glass bottles have always broken and I had to return them. I highly recommend this Organic Molasses because it is all natural . I didn't want to go on any medicine's to battle my acid reflux, so I chose to use natural products and so far I have brought my Alkaline up! This really works wonders. The bad bacteria will feed on the Molasses and since they are out there...the baking soda will cancel all the bad acidic bacteria out and make your body alkaline. Very smart to put that molasses out to tempt them and when they do come out they are killed by the baking soda. I though that was genius when I read about it. God bless!
