I returned this frother because it only heated the milk, it spun around but didn’t froth it. I received a replacement and the same thing happened! This seemed an awfully big coincidence so I googled my problem. I found a Reddit conversation discussing it and two people mentioned that this happened to them and it turned out it was the milk. They were using organic whole milk, so was I. I bough regular whole milk and tried again. PERFECT foam!! DO NOT USE ORGANIC MILK!

this is a gift to my friends we just returned from italy with. had capucino every morning. i’ve had mine for several years. makes hot or cold think creamy foamed milk for my coffee or expresso martinis.love it.

It went bad in less than a year. The milk sticks to the bottom and tastes burnt. I try to remove it and it comes back. It's a defect that only happens on that side. The previous one I bought from the brand lasted for many years.

There’s nothing better to have the best coffee in the world made by myself at home! And the frother adds to its perfection. It got here in excellent conditions and just in time!! Thanks.

Noted that some persons had difficulty getting expected froth levels, but wanted to try this for myself. As reported by others, I discovered it gave good froth levels the first couple of times I used it, but not after that. I contacted the company and during testing did get good frothing, however, the associate only had me fill the container partially full and place the top on it. The following day, I filled it to the indicated maximum level and did not get the same frothing. I have now resorted to running it once, pouring half of the milk into my glass, then running it again with the remaining milk which then froths well. I have only used this for cold and not hot setting. It appears that at least with fat free milk, filling the container only to the minimum level works best.Also, I didn’t want a handle to minimize storage space, however, note that if you have small hands, it is a little too big to easily use. Having a handle would definitely be an advantage, however, it is doable.I don’t mind that it is not dishwasher proof, since rinsing it out and drying it is easy and it’s ready immediately for the next use.

The media could not be loaded. We have a breville expresso maker with a milk frother attached. I wish I would have found this nespresso frother long ago.It by far exceeds my expectations.The difference between the one on my machine and this one is…The breville machine requires steam to froth the milk. Often times, you will get water in your milk.This nespresso frother will give you the thickest fluff on top of your hot frothed milk. Not only will you get a beautifully frothed hot milk, it has the option to give a a frothed cold milk with the same thick whipped topping.It only takes about 70-75 seconds for the hot and about 60 for the cold.If you don’t have one, but are thinking about it, get one!
