Not bad
It goes on with a strong perfume which is very common in purple products but luckily for me it washes out and does not linger. If you have sinus headaches or migraines check products you use from detergeant to conditioner. This one is not migraine or sneeze inducing I will buy it again.

Not the strongest but awesome formula!
My biggest gripe with most purple shampoos is that they almost all contain sodium laureth sulfate - you know the thing that strips color? There's probably a reason why so many purple shampoos have it but I hate the way sulfates make my hair feel, even if the color depositing is much stronger. This purple shampoo is definitely weaker than other brands but I can actually use it for a few days in row to gain a similar affect and have my hair feel great. It's very moisturizing and gentle and my hair feels very soft and shiny after each use. I let it sit in my hair for longer than recommended. The worst it'll do is leave some leftover purple tones that'll wash out in a few cycles anyway.Price is fair for this shampoo. I'll definitely be repurchasing and exploring their other shampoos! I'm definitely a fan of this brand.

Not a fan of the smell
Only used it once so can't speak to the effectiveness, but just had to say I'm not a fan of the smell. It smells like old spice deodorant. Some people like that, I'm just not one of em

Works wonderfully!
This product has worked so well in lightening my hair! I have naturally blonde hair that usually gets darker in the winter. I started using this a month ago and it’s practically back to its summer color! My friends have been asking me if i got highlights lol. Totally worth it. The smell kinda smells like a men’s shampoo, but not too strong or overpowering. The only other things that I don’t really love is that my hair doesn’t feel soft after using it, likes it’s crunchy? I’m guessing it might be a bit drying since it has a lower (i think 5.?) pH but it could also just be my water/hair type. Overall it works as intended. I use a different conditioner and together they sort my hair out nicely.

Gives body and shine
I am early 70 ish and the texture of my hair has changed over time. I haven't had color added to my hair for over a year now as I am letting the grey take over. Unfortunately my hair texture is now fine to medium and curly. This shampoo does NOT leave my hair baby soft, but I prefer that it doesn't. What it does do is to add shine and body which I need, and it does bring out the silver/grey color. I had been using another highly publicized shampoo that claimed it turned your grey hair to silver in color. All it did for me was to make it too soft and limp. I have been using this product for about 4 weeks now so I felt that my review would be an honest testimony.

Nothing "Natural" About It!
I’ve used AVEDA blue malva for the past couple years, and I just wanted to try something new. Luseta Purple Conditioner came in nice packaging, LOVE that it’s cruelty free (main reason I bought it). This conditioner works well (used once), but it’s completely composed of synthetic, artificial, and potentially harmful ingredients!!! They advertise “natural ingredients” and “no chemicals” which is not true. While there are some "natural" ingredients they are processed synthetics. PROPYLENE GLYCOL, DIMETHICONE, CETEARETH-20, BENZYL ALCOHOL, DMDM HYDANTOIN etc. are all chemical! These and other ingredients in this conditioner are considered by the CDC, FDA, CIR etc. to have moderate to high concern of hazard and or toxic! These hazards range from allergens like skin irritation, to carcinogens (cancer causing)!!!! The only true natural ingredients is water (1st listing). There is coconut oil, one of the last ingredients and who knows how natural it is at that point. I should have looked at the ingredient list more carefully, and not the advertising promo before purcahsing. I'll be returning this product.

This stuff is Amazing
I have highlighted hair but because my hair has red undertones it tends to get brassy very easily. I also have very hard water where I live which doesn't help. This conditioner not only helps with detailing but also helps keep the brassiness away and makes my hair soft. Not to mention, I love the smell. I happened to come across the shampoo at a Marshall's store and knew I had to find the conditioner. Thank you once again Amazon for coming through with what I needed.
