Q: How big is the bow it ?

This is a children's bow measuring 27" axle to axle.

Q: What is the range that these shoot? Trying to determine how much room is needed for target practice.

No more than 20 yards. They are effective really within 10 yards.

Q: How do adjust the draw weight? Says 6-13.5, but it is definitely hard for my small kiddos. Was hoping to set it up closer to 6lbs, but not in manual

This bow is not adjustable. The description is somewhat misleading. The weight and draw length numbers are merely possible ranges throughout the draw cycle. If your kid has the shortest draw length they will simply release the arrow when they reach that length and it will be at the minimum weight listed, but they will not reach the let off point. This bow should technically be listed as a 13.5 pound bow with a 24 inch draw weight.

Q: Can you put sights on this bow?

This bow isn't really made to have a sight put on it.
