The most comfortable, most supportive and best healing knee brace I've used. The fact that the material is knitted and breathable compared to most designs means your knee doesn't sweat like crazy underneath. Also, when I had to kneel down the way it has that circle pad around your kneecap really made a huge difference in stability and comfort. I've been wearing it all day and taking it off in the evening when I get home an hour or two before I go to bed. After 2 days, along with my physical therapy, I'm seeing a huge improvement. This is a very high quality product. The most important thing I'll say though is that you really need to measure correctly before ordering. I also went to the manufacturer website and read everything on there before ordering to get all the help I could and read the FAQs there. Use a flexible measuring tape and follow the instructions exactly to get the right size. If you are between sizes, the FAQs on the website address whether to size up or size down depending on your preferences.

The quality and construction of this knee brace is amazing. I love the comfort and breathability of the knit fabric and the stays are well integrated into the brace and secured by the fabric. Although these braces are quite expensive compared to other options available, the knit fabric is the reason I keep coming back to purchasing from Bauerfeind. If measured properly, the fit is accurate and comfortable. The Omega + Pad surrounds the kneecap giving the necessary support and relieves the stress put on the knee during use. Following the instructions for putting on and removing the brace is explained well and insures that there won’t be unnecessary stress on the brace fabric and will help increase the longevity of the brace. I am very happy with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again from this company when it becomes necessary to the replace the brace.

It's expensive, but high quality! Had one that lasted over 5yrs and going.... I can try the cheaper brands but I don't want to waste time. Bauerfeind = High Quality, you get what you pay for. I've tried other knit knee sleeves from the sporting goods store and other brands available on Amazon and this one gave me the best fit and comfort while providing good light to moderate support. Started wearing this about 2 months post injury after a hinged brace which was affecting my gait. Ventilation was good, better than neoprene sleeves IMO. The knee donut is not too thick. The side stabilizing material is routed so it doesn't put pressure on the MCL. Able to wear for hours without discomfort even under some long pants. Fit was accurate as specified in sizing instructions. My ortho recommended this brand. Durability and wear after a month's use has been acceptable. The material stretch and compression are still good as new.

The fabric is breathable yet supportive, and the compression it provides has really helped with my knee stability during workouts and long walks.Considering the premium materials and medical-grade support, I actually think the price is fair. It’s an investment, but one that pays off in comfort and function, especially if you’re dealing with chronic knee issues or recovering from an injury.That said, the only drawback I’ve experienced is that it does slip down occasionally, especially during more active movement. For a brace in this price range, I would love to see Bauerfeind come up with a better anti-slip solution—maybe silicone grips or adjustable straps.Still, despite that one issue, I’d absolutely recommend it. It’s one of the best braces I’ve used, and I feel much more confident and supported when I have it on. With a small design tweak, it would be perfect.

At 53, I had a big fall and injured one of my knees for the first time. I started with an Incrediwear brand sleeve for the first three weeks until I decided to try this one. This one is hands down better in comfort, compression, and actual pain relief. It was definitely worth the $100, I only wish I wouldn’t have wasted the first three weeks of my recovery wearing the first brand. If you have a legit knee problem, save money and aggravation by buying the best one first.💯

When I had knee problems years ago, this was the brand my hospital used.First of all this knee brace is QUALITY. It fits well, measure before ordering and get the EXACT size you need for YOU. Size does matter if you want it to do its job!It can be worn comfortably while active [i.e. pickleball, exercise, biking].I had recent bout of bursitis and I wore this for several weeks during activities, and it solved my problem. I also loved the color because it was less noticeable. Yes it is more expensive but you are buying the quality of a good fit and a well manufactured product that will give you the best in knee braces.
