Knee pain improved
Took these after a recommendation from a guy at work who'd had a bad fall whilst horse riding and couldn't fully bend his knee. After a few days of taking these his knee mobility improved significantly.I'd been suffering with chronic flare ups of knee pain from an ACL reconstruction I'd had 30 years ago from playing rugby and, together with a rigorous stretching routine I adopted at the same time as I started taking these, my knee pain disappeared. I've stretched before but with only limited improvements in pain relief so I can only attribute the complete reduction in knee pain to taking Glucosamine as well.

Just wow
This product is amazing and I will now only buy from this company. Since taking this the difference to my knee is amazing. Now I do take Magnesium as well so not sure if in combination. However, I have told my friends about it and cannot recommend it enough. From not being able to get upstairs without holding and pulling on the banister I can now walk upstairs as if nothing is wrong. Incredible. Thank you Natures Best you are now at the top of my list. I have now order Vitamin B12 from you to help with a bout of constant fatigue hope they work as well.
