Something every body notices it.
I don’t user every day, but when I do, every body is thankful. I take coffee for gatherings and everybody is happy. Me too. Keeps the coffe hot for long time.

Everything I wanted in a hot coffee dispenser
This kept our coffee hot for over five hours during an event. It is sturdy, the built in handles help with lifting/moving, and the spout works great.

Keeps things hot!
I’m very impressed. I use this in a food service setting and it stays hot for very long. The more you add the longer it holds temperature. I find the kind can be a little hard to put on sometimes.

DOESN'T HOLD 5 GALLONS!!
This unit is much smaller than the other 5 gallon unit I own which is CaterGator. When I got it I was shocked that the label said 5 gallons so I decided to check it out. DO THE NUMBERS!!! Not even close to 5 gallons if you want the lid on it. If you're measuring and need 5 gallons of actual liquid like this says it can hold, keep shopping, you can't get it out of this. It's a joke for catering - portion control and costing is what it's all about!!! I'm thrilled also because I have an event tomorrow night and needed this specifically to ensure we have enough drinks. Time to make a new plan. Awesome. Photo is about what's left of 4 gallons and where the water is now, there's no way you'd get that lid on.

Worth every penny
The best thing I've bought. We take care of the homeless in all weather. IT holds its temperature as stated (sometimes longer). Very well built, sturdy and will last a long time. My only regret is that I couldn't afford more then one. But definitely a great purchase.

Less than 4.5 gallons but works.
Works as expected. Seals well. Keeps drinks warm for hours. Would have given a 5 but it only holds a little less than 4.5 gallons instead of the advertised 5.

Marching Band must-have item!
A must-have for marching band moms! I fill this with hot water from a kettle at home in the wee hours of the morning on competition day. It stays warm for 8-10 hours. I set it up at our food tent for the parents to have instant coffee (we get pretty desperate!), kids' hot cocoa, and cup-o-noodles. Works great, but takes one strong band dad, or two determined band moms to carry it!

Could be better
The lid didn't have a tight fit. Didn't keep liquid warm as long as others.
