I love this for taking off my dry skin when I’m using certain skin medications that make my skin peel. It ways to throw away after so many uses because of bacteria build up so I will be purchasing more of these. It was not too rough on my skin but I can see where people use it too hard and can damage their skin. I use it a couple times a week. Great product

This does a great job cleaning the face. I always struggled with breakouts and this thing did the trick with clearing up my face! 100% recommend!

The narrow end is good for between your eye and nose and other areas of your face and the wide end is good for your forehead and cheeks. The design has just the right amount of abrasion without harming your skin. I found out about these from my college roomate and have been using them ever since.

Just a PSA; this item is extremely rough. I originally got it for my face but deemed it to be too abrasive for that more sensitive type of skin. I do, however, find it to be perfect for the body, especially the legs and feet.

I made the mistake of buying "pore strips"- I will save you the trouble of reading the name, but I bet we all know the culprit. Anyway, after use, my skin was flaking for 2 MONTHS. All other exfoliating made things worse or didn't change anything, and no matter how heavily I applied moisturizer or how often, my skin looked incredibly damaged.I finally ordered one of these based on reviews, and after just a few gentle uses in the shower and a normal face routine on non-shower days, my skin is not only back to normal, it looks so much better than before. My skin has a soft glow that just wasn't there before. I don't know how I've gone about my skin care routine without this my whole life, but never again. I am sold!

So I have super oily skin, and so I feel like I have to really scrub to get my skin clean. Admittedly, when I first opened this to put into my shower, I was concerned that it wasn't going to do what I needed. I have never been so happy to be WRONG! This little sponge gets in all the nooks and crannies, around my nose, jawline, and scrubs so nicely without feeling like I am taking layers of skin off. (Which I usually feel like I have to do for my skin to feel clean) My skin felt soft and clean, no irritation from over exfoliating, this sponge is seriously the best. I will be using this for the foreseeable future, I have found what I needed!
