I'm a fan of Gaia products in general, but this is my favorite one. I love taking one cup of coconut milk with a scoop of golden milk at night as I’m getting ready for bed. The flavor is a little strong, but not too bad—it just takes a bit of getting used to. I can definitely tell the difference when I take it versus when I don’t. I like to prepare a cup, let it cool down a bit, and then do some light reading or watch a relaxing video. Within 20–30 minutes, I’m ready to sleep.

Delicious! Making golden milk tea at night. I add it to warm almond milk, and add a bit of honey, cinnamon and nutmeg to it too. Helps me unwind at night.

I won't say what this tastes like but I will say that it isn't good! LOL If the taste was better, I would give it 5 stars however I'm rating 4 stars because although the taste is not ideal, it does actually relax me and I'll drink to that!! I lowkey think that it is helping with my allergies as well!?I'm thinking about putting this in a smoothie? or keeping the milk cold? Because drinking this "warm" in addition to the taste...no ma'am. hahah It's hard to stomach and I'm a person who takes Apple Cider vinegar without pinching my nose just for health benefits.All in all, it works great. It does what it says so, I'm a happy customer regardless. Not all healthy things are going to taste good and that's a no-brainer. haha

Was hoping for better texture- this Golden Milk powder was disappointingly gritty and with regard to flavor, I added a little maple syrup/ Stevia because the dates in the ingredients listed didn't sweeten quite up to my personal preference. Topped witha sprinkle of cinnamon, but I'm still on a mission to find the perfect Golden Milk powder. This didn't quite cut it for me.
