The packaging is neat and easy to store, no massive pack with a few pills at the bottom ! These are the best of all the brands I have taken over a lot of years .Geeks seem to keep up with research and I trust that this will continue . For that reason I highly recommend their range of supplements

I don't know of it's doing what's it's supposed to yet, but I do know that my finger nails have gotten really long and hard lol

I bought these based on all the positive reviews and the fact that they are not in the standard capsule format, which I sometimes find difficult to swallow. However when I took my first dose following the instructions, within minutes I was coughing and I vomited. This is because of a combination of the potent ingredients plus the tablets start dissolving in your throat before they get to your stomach. Capsules dissolve in the stomach. If you are sensitive as I am, you may experience this reaction. I can feel a warmth in my throat which is the pepper and ginger and obviously it's already started to break down. I now take one after breakfast and one after dinner. That suits me better than 2 at once. I might have to find another brand once this pack is finished and I find it works - too soon to say, I bought them for persistent back pain.

Tiny and easy to swallow don't tryn do two at time the dissolve fast and one always stays in your mouth

Still early days but has started to do what it says on the packet. Easy to take as they are tiny tablets and tasteless. Definitely think they are making a difference.
