This is the best! Wish I had bought this frame years ago, My sister bought one for her daughter that was 3 times the price, but I wanted to see if I liked it first so ordered this one. Works great and I have had it for 6 months now no problems. Can be turned vertical or horizontal. The pictures come in clear and bright and even the video my daughter sent is perfect. Seems to have enough memory for the photos I have on it, but can delete ones that you no longer want and add new ones. It is nice that both my daughters and family members can send pictures whenever something special is going on. What a way to be connected! I bought my parents one and they love it. All 7 of us kids and the grandkids send pictures which they are enjoying and don't have them tucked in a book or all over the house. Pictures come through easily and quickly. My daughter shared some great pictures of her Italy trip, the colors are amazing!

Highly recommend this frame. I bought it to replace a very old digital frame for my husband’s work desk and ended up buying a second to send to my grandma as a gift. It’s so easy to use & the touch screen is so nice. Easy to program with lots of options and I love that it auto sleeps. I bought this for my grandma and easily sent the code & app to our entire family to be able to send photos to the frame whenever they want. It uploads the photos incredibly fast & you can even add a caption to your photos which has been so nice for my grandparents. The most perfect gift !

Purchased the picture frames as mothers day gifts. The frame is a nice size and presents the pictures nicely. Setup and configuration of the frame is simple and does not require making an account to get it all working. The app, IOS and Android, is very easy to download/setup and use, again creating an account is not required. Sharing/adding with friends, is all really easy to do, and does not require them to create an account either. Pushing pictures to the frames is very easy and straight forward.So why only 4 stars? I dinged it a star because of the wifi connection configuration. In my house and my parents, we do not broadcast the SSID of our wifi. When you go to connect a phone or tablet to it you type in the SSID instead of selecting it from the list of found wifi's. We do this for security reasons. The frame does not offer the option in the wifi setup to "Add wifi" where you then type in the name of the network like you do with a phone/computer/tablet. I had to turn on and broadcast a "guest wifi" to get the frame configured.I almost dinged it another star because of the wifi as when I turn off the frame and move it in my house it requires me to enter the wifi password each time. Thought this was an issue until I configured my parents and I do not have to re-enter the password each time. So now figure it has to do with the router, which I will check further into. My router which the frame requires me to enter the wifi password each time is a Linksys, while my parents that does not require the password to be re-entered is a Netgear.If they ever update the wifi configuration of the frame and I can turn off broadcasting the SSID, then I will change my rating to 5 stars

This was a great gift for my mom who wanted to display photos of her grandchildren. She sent me a code to use so that I could easily send pictures immediately to her frame after I downloaded the free app. It was all SO easy, and she was able to set it up by herself too. The pictures are super clear, and she is so excited to have this in her home!

We purchased this to upload photos of our family pet we had to put down recently. It was easy to set up and upload pictures to, and others can upload pictures to it if they also have the app and the code. It also allows you to upload videos.
