Squalane Oil - 100% Pure & Natural Plant Derived Facial Oil 2 Fl Oz - Cold Pressed and Unrefined Premium Grade Multipurpose Moisturizing Oil for Skin and Hair

I bought this oil in desperation because my skin was so dry the usual moisturizing solid creams were not working especially on the dry flaky skin on my left leg. When I applied this oil to the skin on my legs the flaking disappeared and it no longer looked like a snowstorm from the skin peeling off my leg.I also used a little bit on my face and it made the facial skin soft (but shiny). I found it best to use this at night so it does not look so shiny/oily in the morning.

Love love love good bang for buck and great product. I love squalene oil for my face and body. The container does leak a little bit though after opening if you store sideways.

I mixed this with a lotion and get super soft skin

Squalane oil is new to me but I’m excited to see if it works as designed. No harsh smell. Oil by not greasy. Moisturizes without a heavy feel.

Works good very moisturizing. I add it to my other serums or lotions.

I tried it repeatedly on psoriasis, face, ears, and other dry skin areas, for several days and it just didn't do anything for me. It might do wonders for someone else.

This "oil" is incredibly versatile, and I'm seeing benefits from using the product only days after I've introduced it to my regimens.I placed the term oil in quotes because while this product is technically an oil, its absorption rate is quite different on my skin and hair than most oils I've used - this actually penetrates both my skin and hair rather quickly, and doesn't leave a tacky or slippery residue.Pros for my skin:* Sealant used as a final step in my skincare routine* Standalone protective barrier when I'm too tired for my usual multi-step routine* Can be lightly applied throughout the day as a spot treatment for extra-dry sections of skin* Lightweight oil for lips* Can also be used as a full-body moisturizer (I apply it either after my shower, or periodically during the day as needed)Pros for my hair:* Imparts shine and gloss without heaviness or stickiness* Adds softness when used as a sealant over leave-in conditioner* Decreases "crunchiness" on hair from product casts from gels/moussesA slight downside to this particular brand of squalene oil is that the bottle did not come with a dropper. But given that I save and reuse droppers from other products, I simply replaced this bottle's cap with a dropper-top
