Update: The company reached out to me and offered me not only replacement blades but another drone. On top of that, I received a hand written note emphasizing how they prioritize customer satisfaction. This company's customer service goes way above and beyond.It was fun for a few hours, but one of the blades broke when the kids were playing with it. The motion response time was kind of poor, and they were having a hard time keeping it from bouncing off the walls and ceiling. I guess it did it one time too many, and it bounced off the walls, shot to the ceiling, and then did a spinning dive onto the floor, hitting the coffee table in the process. One of the blades broke. We looked in the package hoping to find more, but there wasn't any. I've tried finding replacement blades and a tiny screwdriver too, but no one sells blades for this model. It was fun for a bit, but kind of disappointing it didn't last longer.

UPDATED REVIEW:After leaving my initial review of this product, the seller reached out to me and not only offered me a full refund, but sent me a replacement. That was definitely above and beyond what I expected and I appreciate it.The new drone works a lot better. It no longer shoots up to the ceiling, only to then fall out of the air. And it no longer just runs right into walls, etc. You can control it with your hands as expected. It will even do flips. My kid thinks it's pretty cool.ORIGINAL REVIEW (2 Stars):We got one of these for my kids birthday. It never really worked right though. It flies too high and hits the ceiling no matter where it starts from. It always veers in one direction until it hits something. And sometimes it just turns off and falls out of the sky.I really wanted to like this. The idea of a simple controller-less drone sounded like a good idea, but either I got a dud or this just isn't as good an idea as I thought.

Fun to play with, works great in a large area. Not a long run time and it's thin plastic. It's worth the 20 bucks.

It seemed super fun until my daughter tried to make it flip and it sucked up her hair and matted it up so bad it had to be slowly ripped out. I figured putting her hair in a braid would make this not happen again, but it flew into her hair again and sucked up her bangs this time. Battery dies within 5 min every time we use it as well. So we charged it for 3 hours to be able to use it for 5 min and then have to put it on the charger again. Avoid this product if you have anyone in your house with hair. Wasted my money on this one.

I bought it 3 days back for my daughter’s Christmas gift. But got disappointed with its performance. Its infrared sensors are not effective.. its not working as described on product page. Battery works only for 5mins. It is not following the hand gestures at all . Seems to be defective one. Though build wise its looks fine, overall its not working.Need seller to respond my feedback or suggest other product.I have seen similar drone kids play, works more time but this one is very disappointing. I bought it as per review on amazon, was expecting it to work properly as mentioned on booklet. It is very annoying for 50mins for 5mins playtime. Please suggest what should I do now? Should I wait for replacement or return it.
