Pretty good but a little too big I love that this is a vegetarian supplement and it definitely helps with my sleep. The only issue I had was that the tablets are a bit big for me, so I had to take them with a lot of water. Delivery was super fast.

The product is good. I did not have anxiety in recent years. But it triggered when I took it for 3-4-3 days. The elemental magnesium composition is 440 gm in a tablet, so I took that half tab, making 220gm of dose. But still, it caused a similar kind of effect. When I stopped it then some normalcy came back. I think the ingredient glycine may have that effect of increasing anxiety, otherwise, from what I read magnesium reduces anxiety.
