The item is awesome for trimming my parrot claws. No pain, easy to use, and good quality. Shipment was late, but I think this is a common thing during covid19 pandemic

This one is a disaster product it's not super silent it's too loud the motor I totally can't use it ill try to find to fix it low quality. And refund and return turn into q mess up.

It is not silent at all. As soon as I put it on the sound is scaring my dog so I cannot use it.

I was so hesitant to buy this but then I still did which I’m really so glad. I had a really difficult time trimming my kitten’s claws. Yes he’s still a kitten but a much bigger version of a kitten that you can imagine 🥰 he’s usually so angry and tried so hard to escape when I trim his claws which often ended to bringing him to a salon but I was surprised when I tried this and he was so behave and even felt relax and almost fell asleep 😹 I just love this product
