Gunter's Pure Buckwheat Honey, Buckwheat, 16 Ounce

Dear Gunters Beekeepers: Your buckwheat honey is SO DELICIOUS if it came in gallon jugs I would drink it. The taste is quintessential honey, not an innocuous pale pretender. Your buckwheat honey is so rich it rivals maple syrup on pancakes, French toast, I use it on my morning yogurt. The texture is smooth, no crystals, the sweetness is effective in baked goods. Thank you for years of dedicated beekeeping so us civilians can enjoy this extraordinary gift from our tiny little friends. Gunters Buckwheat Honey is most highly recommended!

Good product at reasonable price. Received within 2 days. This is my second order. First order took weeks to get, but for the price I was okay waiting...you can't rush nature ;o)

If you like buckwheat and I do, you will love this. Dark and strong but not overly strong it brings a wonderful flavor to you.

I recently watched an Iron Chef Showdown episode, in which one of the chef's used Buckwheat Honey in a dish, and after researching the health benefits I wanted to try some. Gunter's version is very tasty and I will definitely order again.I gave it four stars instead of five due to a slight leak from the lid that I discovered when I opened the package (see included pics). The bottle was wrapped quite well in bubble wrap and shipped in a padded bag, but USPS must have dropped it one or more times, causing the lid to slightly dent and pop up. The leakage was contained within the well packaged bubble wrap. I recommend to the seller that the clear plastic sealer that goes around the lid be a little wider so that it goes down further around the lid and neck of the bottle. That may help prevent the lid from popping up during transit should the package to a customer be dropped.

I love this honey! My problem is not with the product but the vendor. I bought two bottles from RG Health and Wellness Supplies and one of the bottles of honey came open and had leaked all over the inside of the bubble wrap. I did not feel it was safe to consume. So I reached out to Amazon for a replacement and found out that RG Health and Wellness Supplies accepts no returns and does not give replacements. Fortunately, Amazon customer service was willing to step in and refund my money.I am extremely disappointed in RG Health and Wellness Supplies and will not buy from them again.THANK YOU Amazon for you solid your customer service!
