I have owned a pair of these for about a year. I purchased mine during one of the Amazon Day events. It was a great price and I figured that I wouldn't be upset if it was crappy because it was so inexpensive. I was shocked at how well they were made and they sound great.I am writing this review because my wife happened to see me wearing mine and she mentioned that she needed to get a pair in the near future. I hopped on Amazon and they were having a killer sale on them so I bought the wife a pair. She has been using hers now for about a week and she loves them. She said they are crystal clear, easy to use, and very comfortable! Great product, really GREAT price! A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I absolutely love my Tagry True Wireless Earbuds! One of my favorite features is the charging case with the digital display on the front—it shows exactly how much battery is left, so I never have to guess when to charge. The battery life is impressive; I rarely have to recharge them, and when I do, I can just use my regular charger.They’re also waterproof, which is a huge plus since I sweat a lot during workouts. Pairing them with my phone was super easy, and the controls are very user-friendly. The sound quality is incredible—crisp, clear, and surprisingly powerful for the price.The earbuds fit perfectly in my ears and stay in place, even while I’m walking or moving around. I’ve tried other brands before, but these are by far the most comfortable and reliable. And the price? Amazing value for everything you get. Highly recommend!

These earbuds completely exceeded my expectations. The sound is super clear, bass is strong, and they’re really comfortable to wear for long periods. I just received these. And so far, they seem to be a good product for the price. The sound quality is decent, I would not say it's great. However, I accept that going in when buying lower priced earbuds. They look nice, and fit comfortably. They are super easy to use and connected easily. In summary - the average sound quality is the only reason I am not giving 5 stars. However, everything else about the productive is excellent and meets my expectations for what I was looking for.

This is the first review I’ve ever written on Amazon and I feel that it’s very warranted given the excellent customer service that I received from this company when I was having some issues with my original pair. After a week of using the headphones I began having an issue with the headphones not engaging when I was on a phone call. I believe that it may have been caused from my getting the headphones a little wet having used them in the jacuzzi and being a bit careless. Other than this issue, the sound and functionality and fit were excellent. When I phoned the manufacturer, the c/s agent named Michael helped by troubleshooting the issue and when it was determined that they might be faulty, he told me they would send out a free replacement immediately with no questions asked. He kept me abreast of every stage the replacement shipment was in and when I could expect them. He even changed the color for me (I decided to ask for white instead of pink for the replacement set). I was given a link to the tracking number and when they had been delivered, Michael texted to notify me that they show as delivered. I have never received this level of service before and especially on Amazon! The new headphones work great and I am so happy that I went with this company. I highly recommend these headphones for their quality, their fit and the sound. But especially for their customer service! I highly recommend this product and buying from them as they truly care about their products and customers.

Great fit. Great sound. Great color. Dummy-proof pairing. Dummy-proof use (for tech impaired peeps, very important). BUT! Not even two months after delivery, and with only moderate use, the charging case no longer shows charge status, regardless of overnight charge on appropriate cable (also dummy-proof usb c). And the right bud quit working as well. Tried troubleshooting and resetting per manufacture instructions (again dummy proof and readily accessed through Amazon) to no avail. Have emailed Tagry for resolution as their warranty is for one year; will update later, pending how this gets fixed. As of now, super bummed because these were actually a great little bud set.Revised review: Company was VERY responsive to my email, notifying them of the product failing so early into receiving the original repair. They asked me to attempt to reboot the set a couple different ways, none of which worked. Then they offered to replace them—and they arrived in less than a week. Hopefully, this pair will last longer, but they sound great, and the company absolutely backed its product.4.5 stars!!

They work as well - or even better - than more expensive earbuds. I purchased earbuds specifically for my phone and they were nothing but trouble, despite the hefty pricetag. My hubby had bought a cheap off brand pair to use with his tablet and loves them. So I decided to look around and see if I could find ones that were more budget friendly so if they didn't work well it wouldn't be such a waste. Well, these have been great. They paired seamlessly with my phone, hold a charge for a long time, charge quickly, and have excellent sound quality. People can hear and understand me well with them. I was so pleased I purchased a few more to pair with my other devices.
