I had been using water pillows for at least 1 1/2 decades, but was fed up with the fact that some of them needed replacement after only a little more than a year - despite the most careful handling.However, only with water pillows did I have absolutely no neck pain.Recently, the last one - only 13 months old - broke, and I bought this one.And I have no neck pain! That in itself is worship worthy. The shape is awkward for someone like me who's not used to it, and a pillow case doesn't fit-fit. But the pillow is firm, supportive, comfortable, and great to sleep on.And I don't have to worry of breaking it, or take it out of the bed when doing ... certain activities.The value is also great - given that a new water pillow is more expensive.

Got this neck pillow mainly for better support while sleeping, and it’s been a noticeable improvement. It contours nicely to my neck and helps keep my head aligned, which has reduced the stiffness I used to feel in the mornings.The material is soft but still supportive — not too squishy, and it holds its shape well. It did have a bit of a break-in period (a night or two), but after that, it felt pretty natural to use.For the price and comfort, I think it’s a great option if you’re looking for a pillow that offers solid neck support without being too bulky or firm.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I was diagnosed few months ago with IIH and it was really important for me to find a pillow that helped me with my neck and head support. I was browsing for a while and a friend with the same condition suggested me to check out this one. So, i bought this pillow and was really hyped, i couldn't wait to get a pillow that helped me sleeping better again. It arrived in a box and with his own plastic cover; as soon as i opened the pillow i could smell a strong chemical odor, but as i read about that on the reviews, i left my pillow few days catching air. Unfortunately, after a week, the smell was still there and was not pleasant. Contacted customer service which gave me some tips, and finally the smell went away!! It has been nearly a month now i have been using this pillow, and i can definitely say, i am sleeping better than before, i don't wake up with a bad headache o neck stiffness anymore as before. The support of the pillow is amazing, it will take a while for you to adjust as every pillow, but once you get used to it, you will feel the difference in your body and sleep. I find the pillow firm enough, not too hard and not too soft, it's comfortable once you get used to the shape that embrace your neck and head. Ideal for every sleeper, i vary from side sleeper to back to belly sleeper a lot and found myself comfortable in every position. I sleep better and it helps me manage my condition during the night, which allow me to sleep for at least 6/7 hour straight and not only 3 like before for the pain. Super approved!!

I felt I really had to write a review on this pillow. I have bought what I thought was similar ones before made of the same outer material and really thought the other pillows were 2 firm and the material next to my face didn’t feel comfortable.However this pillow was a game changer for me I like it has a head shape in the middle it is incredibly comfortable not 2 firm. I can sleep on my side or back. I have put on a silk like pillowcase so the material is not an issue. I usually wake up at least every 2 hours or less, now I’ve had it for 3 night and have slept about 4 hours without disturbance. I have undiagnosed sleep apnea and love the 4 hours I’m getting now. If your thinking of buying a pillow like this I totally recommend this one.

Its very comfortable and cool. Helped with my neck pain and as a restless sleeper I find it comfortable no matter the way I sleep. I appreciate the washable cover and great shape.

Product was comfy while chilling in bed watching TV etc… I found the pillow too give more neck pain when sleeping on it over night

I have tried many different pillows and as a side sleeper most are too soft or too low, I’ve had curved memory foam pillows before and they were ok, but this pillow is a different story. Neck pain was an issue with my last pillow, where I would wake up with a sore neck most mornings, now however I sleep through the night, wake up feeling refreshed and have no neck pain at all. This truly is a great pillow, I especially like that it has 2 different options for neck support height, simply by turning the pillow around to the other side. If you alternate between side and back, the lower side is great I find.
