I'll admit, I only just received this product earlier this morning and have taken just one 200mg serving...but I'm already sold!I was on the hunt for anything that could help me with my anxiety. It's something I experience just about everyday. I figured there had to be something out there that could help me.That's when I discovered L-Theanine. Read about it's calming properties without making you tired. How it can help with anxiety. The majority if not all the reviews I read for L-Theanine itself, regardless of where you get it from, were positive.I chose this brand because I felt it was a good price for the amount you get and it doesn't contain fillers and all that junk I don't want in my supplements.I took just one dose...and within 10 minutes I felt a sense of calmness just wash over me. Idk how to explain it other than...I just felt relaxed! My body felt at ease. I am very in tune with my body so I know when something actually has an effect on me. This was no 'placebo effect'.Everyone is different as to how much you'll need to take or how quickly you'll feel it's effects.The size of the pill is pretty small, in my opinion. Easy to swallow. No taste! Bottle came sealed and is authentic. My delivery arrived super quickly.The only thing I don't like is how they put the barcode sticker over the info on the bottle. Please don't do that next time?But yes. I am so glad I discovered this product. I wish I had found it sooner! For anyone dealing with anxiety, stress and just needs something to help with that...this is it! This also helps with sleep.Get this!

I’ve tried a bunch of different supplements and remedies to help with anxiety. I don’t like taking anything I don’t have to, and so far nothing has made a noticeable difference— until I started taking this with Taurine.It’s not a huge difference in how I feel, but overall my mind is much quieter and I’m able to focus on what I’m doing instead of having my mind race on about other things. It’s been super effective for me and I will be repurchasing.

I take this before bed - never during the day because MAN it made me tired. Helpful for sleep though :)

This is my third purchase. Love L-theanine in the NOW brand. Helps keep me calm and my anxiety at bay. I take 200-400 mg a day. And I definitely noticed a difference in my anxiety and mood when I stop taking it. Great to take with caffeine. It helps level you out and you won't get the jitters. Pills are easy to swallow. No smell. Wish they weren't so pricey but compared to other sellers they are normal priced.

Can’t go without it. It works. Anxiety gone half hour after taking it. Puts work related stress in check.
