I purchased for my mom but they were too too large. Not leak resistant

The large is equal to xxl. I should have gotten a medium. The elastic bands around legs and waist are not really snug and don’t actually help hold the underwear up and fit like shorts. People buy these in order to avoid ruining clothing or mattresses with their incontinent episodes. I bought these for my autistic teen daughter to wear over her pull-ups at night in order to avoid getting her numerous mattress protectors soaked and ruining another mattress (and creating even more laundry). If these companies made one good product they would have so many customers. I’ve tried nearly every product available.The picture is against a standard 24inch towel rack. They are huge.

I have used other plastic pants that were not good quality. But these are really high quality. The comfort, functionality, and fit is really good. Easy to clean. I wash them in the washing machine without any worries of quality of plastic material being ruined They have been through many washing machine cycles and I would recommend these plastic pants to anyone who I has incontinent issues or is bed ridden. Also I found that they are great value for the money

The media could not be loaded. I found these on Amazon 10 for 21.99 plus tax. From the picture shown I thought they were the exact same as the 3 pks I normally buy... THEY ARE NOT THE SAME... these are very thin, very noisy and much smaller then a true xlg in amaerican sizing.. they are a good value, they are a waterproof to an extent, the fit over my daughters diaper will suffice for now. They did wash and dry well, the quality is low compared to what I originally buy. Will I buy again, probably not. But, that all being said they do the job and if she goes #2 thru her diaper I just cut them off and toss them away with the diaper. They are reusable, but cheap enough I will still use as disposable as needed. Three stars due to size being small compared to other xlg, they feel like plastic bags and sound like them too. These are listed as made in China

Trying several waterproof underpants shows the comfort and fit of these was good. These were much closer to proper fit, and especially were more comfortable without the scratchy feel the competitors have. (The competitors seem to be "one size fits all" regardless of size marking, and they tend to be HUGE.)

Had to reorder. Please pay attention to the sizes because they are quite large. Reordered mine in Medium because I usually order XL but it was way too large but all in all a great product. I will pass it on to the nursing home nearby
