works almost immediately. neutralises anything going on. it’s not so much a “pill” like suppository, it’s a formed liquid so like hardened gel which makes it a little tricky to get all the way up there but nothing crazy!

I have tried the gel ones which didn't work but the pessaries seem to have cleared it up in 7 days. I had no problems with them and they were easy to use

If I could rate this product minus -10 I would. Don’t even waste your money.First two days seemed okay. By the third day, my vulva was burning and stung badly whenever I tried to rinse, so I stopped using it. Only for me to notice in the next few days that it had now given me thrush, also worsened what I was trying to treat initially. It’s a different thing for a product not to work, it’s an entirely different thing for it to complication your condition or symptom.Absolute trash and waste of money.

By all means I am not a doctor so I would always advise to consult a doctor before self medicating. i have found for me that these pessaries really do work better than the standard medication you get prescribed for BV. Yes I am one of those unfortunate women who constantly suffer from BV and after endless doctor appointments, creams, medications I decided to try these as a last resort. They come in small folded packets so easy to carry without anyone noticing. small “bullet” type shape (best way i can describe them) and they go in pretty easily without force or any sort of pain or discomfort. I do have to say that as you dont get an applicator, my best advise for comfort - before bed, lay down, open wide, and just slide in (sorry if too graphic). I usually push a little higher to ensure it stays in and gets to work in all my area. Make sure you empty your bladder before inserting & let the magic work. Always use before bedtime!! I do usually put a pillow underneath just to elevate myself as i have found it can leak or disintegrate so wear a panty liner just in case. By the morning the fishy/offensive odor is gone!! But definitely get seen by a doctor before self medicating!!
