Biona Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, 500mlEU Organic

Good quality organic apple cider vinegar with the Mother. Bought to use as a toner at night before moisturiser, skin feels very clean and refreshed after use. Large bottle so very good value for money. I don't drink this but I know it has good health benefits and might start to use it for this too. Taste and smell are very strong.

I was looking for apple cider vinegar which should not be very expensive. I used to brags ACV. After tasting this new ACV, it was same quality. I take ACV every morning with lukewarm water. Also add in salads as well. It tastes so good

I ordered two of these 500ml bottles as I needed a good quantity for a pickling recipe. They were much better value than the apple cider vinegar available at my local supermarket, and better quality. This has a fine astringent taste and has the cloudiness that you only get with the mother included. I would definitely purchase a couple of bottles again if the price is unchanged. A good choice.

I was recommended this my my nutritionist alongside a probiotic due to my poor gut health. I take a shot in the morning alongside my other supplements and probiotics.2 months on I can’t exactly say it’s down to just the ACV but a combination of adding some supplements and probiotics into my daily regime I’ve noticed a good improvement in my digestion.It’s very well priced and arrives well packaged and protected for a glass bottle. I use it daily now, I’m on my second bottle.

Very tasty when mixed with a little lemonade. Great for the body. I usually mix it with a greens drink.

Since having a hernia operation and suffering with diverticulitis I've been going to toilet at least twice almost every night and bursting for a wee as soon as I wake up, at work I'd been needing to go 2-4 times a day but as soon as I started taking this that was it. From the first night of taking this I've only needed to go once through the night, don't need to rush to toilet when I wake up and generally only go once a day at work now. Feel better in myself as well. Highly recommend this product for people like me. Personally I think it tastes absolutely horrid, I first tried this with 3tbs mixed with water but was hard to get down but now I mix 3tbs with some summer fruits juice in a pint of water and tastes OK and so far so good. There's that many different flavour juices and other sweet things to mix it with you'll never get tired of drinking the same flavour.
