This is not one to get
It’s literally just a tub of sugar

Perfect for hydration
My son is a high school athlete and needs to replenish glycogen because he runs 4 events in track. We use a scoop of this with the primaforce electrolytes and mixes that up and drinks on it after 100m, and then after 400m. It has done wonders for his endurance and has fixed the cramping issue. Many people think that all you need for hydration is electrolytes, but you need to replace the glycogen levels as well. Each Gram of muscle glycogen store 2.7 ml of water. Hydration is so much easier with Dextrose. My son likes this version over other ones he has tried. Goes right into solution and has a much cleaner taste.
