Haven’t been using long enough to see noticeable results.But can confirm it’s odorless and tasteless. I add two spoons into a small glass of of orange juice or add to my smoothies or have in a glass of squash. Dissolves wellCollegen in general doesn’t like to be added to liquids that are fridge cold, it goes a little clumpy but it’s still drinkable if this happens.Did a lot of research before purchasing. And this seemed to have a decent amount of collegen for the price

Decent.It doesn't dissolve, it has to be mixed thoroughly.Don't mix it with acidic drinks like orange juice, it makes curds (Protien + acid).

Dissolves very easily and noticeable difference in nail and hair quality, time will tell whether it works for skin

Using to improve my internal skin of my gut to improve mobility.To me it has zero taste, this can vary depending on your body chemistry.Changed to different brand to see which is works better when the smaller size was no longer available

With 10g of collagen per serving, this product falls within the recommended range of 3-15g for maximum benefits. Also I like that the added component likewise has high dosage of 500mg each vs other similar products.However, it is important to note that it may take up to 6 months to see visible anti-ageing effects.Overall, I am pleased with the tasteless nature of this product and how well it mixes into my beverages. While I understand that it may take some time to see the full benefits, I am willing to continue using collagen supplement for the potential improvements it may bring to my skin, hair, and nails.
