Love this stuff. It definitely gets the job done and puts me to sleep fast!

I only need half the dose to not only fall asleep, but sleep through the night. I would highly recommend and would repurchase.

This works well for aiding sleep when perimenopause interferes with my sleep quality. The recommended dose is 50mg/30ml and the provided dosing cup is marked clearly as a guide. It only gets a 4 because the wild berry flavor is a little harsh, unlike the usual cherry or bubble gum flavoring in most diphenhydramine liquids.

Works just like the more expensive brands but works just the same and quick. The taste is okay but that's not why I bought it

I tried it two nights in a row and had the worst sleep in a while. I do use the Amazon sleep aid which has the same drug and that works for me. Go figure.This is a great seller. This works for a lot of folks and it will most likely work for you!

I didn't notice any difference when going to sleep, maybe a 30 minute to 1 hour increase in sleep. It doesn't help make you drowsy. I saw another review say that the taste is unpleasant, but it isn't bad, just alright. But since it doesn't help make you drowsy and only helps make a small difference in sleep time, I guess it functions as advertised, but I would go for a different product that helps create drowsiness for sleep.

Buy this instead of the name brand. It’s cheaper and works just as well, maybe better.
