I waited a few moths to write this review so I could explain how I used it. I like the flavor, but that’s subjective.What I liked the most is how it worked to boost my immune system. When the family got the spring head colds, I didn’t! I’ve added this to my salad dressings, to smoothies, my soups and sauces, dips, and anything else I can think of… including my yogurt in the morning! My stomach is touchy, but this does not upset it. I like the spicy addition to my diet. I’ve spent time making my own fire cider and this is just easier and more convenient. I’ve bought jars for some friends who are equally pleased. I recommend it highly.

Know for certain you will love and enjoy this vinegar, if you want quality, and good taste, this is the one brand to get. I also bought the beet one, super good and very effective.

I'm a huge fan of Dr Christopher's Lung and Bronchial so thought I'd try this. The taste is unbearable. Made with grain alcohol, the intense heat from spice combined with nasty grain alcohol literally makes me dry heave. I can't do it, going in the trash. So disappointed in this product.
