I live on these...for many years. Family members have similar diets to me, but don't use these. I take 5 of them 3 times a day. I don't have their symptoms. I can't prove it's because of my green food capsules, but I have been watching ever since I started taking them about 8 years ago. I'm pretty sure my green superfood capsules are functioning quite well. They're well worth the money.

I started taking these months ago, and my blood work actually came back perfect. Previously, I had high liver and kidney levels and high cholesterol and A1C. Now, my A1C is down to 6.7, which is the lowest it's been since I got diagnosed with diabetes 8 years ago. My cholesterol is normal, and my liver and kidney levels are normal. I haven't been able to get my magnesium levels within normal range in 15 years, no matter how many supplements I take, but this time, it was normal! My doctor told me - keep doing whatever you're doing. Taking these pills is the only thing I've changed. I HATE most vegetables and can't stand the taste of green powders, but these I just swallow and am done. No aftertaste. I actually crave green things when I take these, which never happens for me, like I feel like I'm going to die if I don't get a salad right now kind of craving. I haven't noticed much increase in energy, but I suffer from chronic fatigue, so that doesn't surprise me. If you don't like eating your veggies, these are a great alternative!

3 days only trying this pill . First 2 days i ve noticed bloating and stomach discomfortness , 3rd day was the worst with severe stomach pain and vomiting . I dont have any allergies to any of the ingredients !

I used to purchase the green formulas that had to be mixed in with smoothies, shakes or otherwise blended. However, there was no good way to mask the taste so I ventured on a hunt to find greens in capsule form. You wouldn't believe how difficult it has been to find a supplement of high quality with the right ingredients in capsule form. I am so glad that I found this superfood supplement.While it would be nice if these ingredients could be taken in less than five capsules as a serving size, it goes without saying that you can't make the extracts any smaller and make them fit into the space without using larger and possibly even more of an inconvenient capsules.Overall though the capsule count is perfect and you get an entire thirty day supply because they pack 150 capsules into the one bottle.
