The multivitamin has all you need for women
Ritual multivitamin for women over 50…Easy to swallow. The taste of mint is strong. Do not leave in mouth too long because the taste of mint is strong. I did not like.

Excellent product! My skin and hair and overall wellness is optimized now. The mint taste is faint, which I enjoy. I highly recommend.

Works for me!
In reading some reviews regarding the mint taste I wasn't sure about these, but I gave them a try and for me, the mint is subtle and refreshing. Also, I have not experienced any fishiness, but I do take these with breakfast so perhaps that helps? I have been taking these for a couple of weeks now and I can feel the difference already and I feel great!

Causes severe heartburn & nausea!
THIS IS AWFUL!! I tool it for the first time this morning and neatly 12 hours am still experiencing unbearable heartburn, burping up fish oil, nausea. I’m SO miserable! There no way to be refunded and I’m crushed to have spent a fortune on this horrible buy.

Easier to swallow because of the Mint Essence
This product is one of the best vitamins I have ever taken. It is easy to take because of the nice taste from the Mint Essence that has been added to this vitamin. No stomach irritations or other issues since beginning this product. I was concerned about the cost at first but the price reflects the quality and higher end product this vitamin is. Purity and effectiveness of this product is worth the slightly higher cost compared to other vitamins. I will continue to order this product monthly and to see how my blood tests reflect the positive results from my low vitamin D3.

Healthy but fishy burps
I am sure these are very good for me but the fishy burps are gross. Maybe there is something I could do differently to reduce this????

Worth the price!
The best! No after taste for me. 4th bottle

Mixed review
Although these contain clean ingredients, I had the fishy ‘burping’ about a hour after taking & many hours afterwards. It does have a minty smell & taste going down. I don’t think I’ll reorder & not sure I’ll finish the bottle, but every one’s body is made different & some may have no after effects at all.
